Facility/Security- Building Blocks takes the safety of our children very seriously. We believe in today's society it is important to feel safe in your environment. This will aid the teachers and the students in being able to relax and accept learning to a higher level. We have security cameras located around the exterior of the building. There is a fingerprint security lock located on the front door. The supervisor on duty will ID any visitors who ring the bell and wish to go past the office. No visitor will be allowed to enter the building without ringing the bell for service. We will input your fingerprint into the lock once your child has been enrolled in our program.

Curriculum- Building Blocks has a full curriculum for ages toddler-pre-k. Our curriculum is based on a monthly theme and includes a letter, shape and color for each week. We add to the curriculum by providing more open ended art, computer time and center play in our daily schedule.

Programs- We provide a number of programs to try and ease the financial burden of childcare and education. Some of which are the Try-It-First, Referrals and Early Hours programs. The Try-It-First is a program that allows a new parent the chance to bring their child to our center totally free of charge for one week. At the end of the week, if you like us and would like to continue your stay, we will enroll you. The Referrals are a way for each parent to earn up to $200 cash back every year! We also offer hours starting at 5:30 a.m.

Meals- Building Blocks participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program. This allows us to offer a more nutritious meal plan. We offer a full breakfast that includes milk, grain or bread product and juice or fruit. Breakfast is served from 8:00-9:00 am.
